About this Property

7 BR 4 bath oceanfront beach home. Located in the modren Oceanside neighborhood of Spinnaker's Reach. Close to shopping, amusements, movie theater, harbor. Pretty vistas for miles up and down the island with wide, tidy, white sand beaches. The bungalow has three levels, two of which have pretty vistas of the beach, the lower level with a gas grille, hot/cold outdoor shower, and storage for beach chairs and umbrellas. There are wood floors all over except for the kitchen and bathrooms, TV's in six bedrooms and a 50 inch flat screen TV in the family room. COMFORTABLE BEDS! PARKING FOR 5 cars, Pool with covered and open areas with lounge chairs and picnic tables as well as children's play area just at the end of the driveway! Well supplied kitchen, outdoor space furnishings, couch bed, and polished vistas. GAS grille, corn hole (portable - has wheels-take it to the beach!), and the 7th bedroom with ping pong table in a bay of the garage ( Great for the children on rainy days or evenings!), sleeps 18, dining capacity is 18. There is a second refrigerator in the garage for ice, beer, food!.

There are two queen bedrooms and 1 bath and 1 couch bed (Q) on the top level floor, three bedrooms (1 Q, 1 K, 2 singles) and two bathrooms on the middle level, and 2 bedrooms (master with 1 K, 7th BR with 1 set of bunk beds and 2 singles) and 1 full bath on the lower level. . For seven day bookings, it rents from Saturday to Saturday. Starting Sept 28, 2019 it rents from Sunday to Sunday.. The kitchen is well furbished with blender, toaster, roaster oven, coffee pots, can opener, crock pot, huge seafood pot, plenty of non stick pans, knife sharpener, ice maker, dishwasher, oven and plenty of silverware.
