The Beach House was newly established in 2020, boasting unblocked sea vistas with 10 steps the pool and 20 to the sand. This remarkable holiday home will have you coming back year to year for the themed experience.

Atlantic Beach of the Crystal Coast is the ultimate gem of North Carolina Beaches. Developed but not over commercialized, as the southern outer banks you can relish the sun and sand at your own pace.

The Beach House was specifically designed with all families in mind. Effortlessly use the elevator from floor to floor, have a morning work out on the Peloton, and let the children hang out in their own space in the XBOX game room. Linens are supplied and adore 6 intelligent TV’s, Peloton, XBOX ONE S, WIFI (our's reaches the pool!), Cable, whole home constructed in radio and more. While we only list sleeps 8, you can choose from 13 places to sleep! Contact owner for more details.

Immerse yourself in the ultimate experience. It has been our goal to make your stay as peaceful and convenient as possible - from the Captain's sound machine to smooth access outlet/USB charging all over. Now choose your space before you arrive!

*Captain’s Quarters
Sail the seas with a King bed, huge bath with walk in shower and separate toilet room. Spend your complimentary time on your personal sea balcony or watching your own intelligent TV.

*Rip Tide
Hang ten agreeably with your own private bath, queen bed, "bumped-out" window seat and intelligent TV.

*Sand Bar
Feel the sand between your toes with a bunk (2) full beds and a twin trundle. Savor the space while watching the intelligent TV and grab drinks from the build in refrigerator.

*Under the Sea
Swim with the current with (2) twin beds or (1) King, intelligent TV and closet with desk. Please contact owner if interested in having the twins turned into a King for your stay.

Aloha to the amenities with this private entry accepting painless access to the pool and sea, with full bath to tidy up. Use the Peloton to work out in the morning and accept the children their own space as an XBOX game room with pull out queen bed.

Dining, kitchen & living room with unmatched vistas from the sea and sound balconies. Substantial intelligent TV and decorated kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, crab/nut crackers, enormous seafood steam pot, silverware & pots/pans, blender/food chopper and more. Don’t forget the half bath!

Please note - check in is limited to Monday-Friday due to cleaning.

THIS IS A NO HIDDEN FEE'S UNIT - do not get "nickel and dimed" by private renting, cleaning & linens costs! Our price is inclusive of basic cleaning and linens. A single modest dog is allowed at $250 minimum; a nonrefundable price per week, please contact owner if more animals are requested or for more details.

Current weekly RETAIL rental price is $7,499 with seasonal discounts available. This is a non smoking unit with $750 damage deposit. Basic cleaning is included however excessive cleaning will be considered damage and nonrefundable. Smoking cleaning costs start at $500. Finally, please do not move the furnishings - costs incurred to relocate it by our cleaners will be considered damage and nonrefundable. We're fair people, communication is key! :)
