Three floors! Top floor living area has gourmet kitchen with 10 ft. island. Gas 5 burner cooktop, double ovens, microwave drawer two fridges with ice makers, two dishwashers and a stand alone ice maker are the appliances in this gourmet kitchen. Modest appliances are in the cabinets also.
Deep comfortable seating in the living area with ocean vistas as well as a enormous TV with surround sound. The dining table seats eight (ten with additional folding chairs) and the island bar seats five.
The adjoining Southside porch has alfresco dining and lounge seating and outdoor speakers. Catch the sunset from the northside porch over Bogue sound.
The second level is the bedroom floor. Each bedroom and bath have been thoughtfully decorated with an eye towards comfort and functionality. The main bedroom opens to the screened porch for bug complimentary enjoyment. This porch has steps down to the pool and the first level patio and outdoor shower. The private bath provides double sinks and a curbless, glass enclosed shower for painless access. The second bedroom also opens to the screened porch and is served by the hall bath. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and is served by the hall bath also. The Northside porch has steps down to the parking area.
The first floor is called 'The Retreat' and is a self contained one bedroom apartment for those who want a bit more separation from the group. Everything needed is there. Living room with TV, surround sound, full kitchen, bedroom, bath and laundry. The Retreat is only accessed from inside the by the elevator or from the exterior entries. The exclusive use pool and outdoor shower are steps away as well as the beach stair walkway to Ocean Drive. The beach access is two doors down at the end of Ninth Street and Ocean Drive.
