The benefit of being at this locale also includes proximity to the grocery store, only a stone’s throw away, as well as favorite local eateries and parks for the kiddos that are close at hand. Historic downtown, where Front Street runs parallel to Taylor’s Creek, is close by, too, where strolling along the docks looking for dolphins or watching the wild horses across the waterway are ideal pastimes. Hop on a ferry, cruise the Cape Lookout National Seashore, or hit the many hotspots. There are waterfront cafes, stores and galleries where you can shop, dine or sip drinks at sunset.
