Bring your boat, family and friends for a fabulous time at the coast. Ground level has a 2 car carport. 1st floor has kitchen, living & dining areas, principal bedroom, full bath and powder room. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Extras include gas grille, 2 person paddle boat, porch swing, crab pot, plus outside dining. Truly accessible to elderly and semi-handicapped. Modest to medium size dogs allowed with a fee of $80 per pet.

2. Security Deposit - $1,500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

May, September, and October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
