An ocean view duplex with a pool? How unique! This home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half bathrooms, with ocean vistas from the living area and top decks. Kindred Spirit East is pet-friendly for one pup under 20 pounds with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150.
There are entrances to the home from each level- if you choose to enter on the top floor you are welcomed into a light-filled living area with an open floor plan. The well equipped kitchen offers excellent vistas and the deck, well, the deck is the best place to be! Also located on this level is the primary suite with King sized bed and private bath. The half bath is also a nice convenience.
The second level is the bedroom level- Another primary suite featuring a Queen bed and private bath anchors the hallway. The other guest rooms are furnished with two double beds and two Twin/Twin Bunk Beds. They both share the cavernous hall bath. The full-size washer and dryer are centrally located in the hallway. There is also an entrance to the covered second-level deck - the ideal space to appreciate the salt air and sounds of lapping waves without the worry of a sunburn! As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed promise all of the bed linens are laundered between guests.
The ground level offers all the fun! You have the completely fenced-in pool which is shared with the other side of the duplex... an outdoor shower, as well as a half bath for an painless beach day.
The beach access from the home is about a 3-5 min. walk... the special thing about this route is that there is a shortcut just at the end of the street that will provide you a path through the trees (some welcome shade during summer) which ends across from the actual beach walkway. The strand of beach at this part of the island is known as the point- the beaches are very wide which will make you feel as if you have your own private island to savor!
