1809 (Sun Thyme) is a striking ocean-front bungalow with 1800 Sq ft right on the beach! Spectacular open floor plan with two sizable bedrooms and two bathrooms on each side of the bungalow. There are two ocean-front KING bedroom suites....one on each side of the bungalow...with ensuite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other has two twin beds), each with their own hall bathroom, are located on the front of the home. The center area is where you will find the Living room, dinning room, and kitchen with Island. There is plenty of room for 8 folks to convene together while still giving plenty of private away space. There is a huge ocean-front deck and a lower sunbathing deck. The bungalow is just a few steps from the sand and then a few more to the water! The 1800 block of the beach is not busy so you will not have to fight for sand space to set up for a fun day at the beach. When you are done playing at the beach, rinse the sand and salt off at the outdoor shower station and savor the deck with unrestricted vistas of the ocean and the marine life that swims by. Dolphin sightings are very common during all seasons! Also this section of the beach generally homes a few sea turtle nests as an additional educational enjoyment...varies from season to season.

I always wanted an ocean front property....and am pleased now to own and offer it up for others to also appreciate. I Believe that property management is SO VERY important. And as such, I take great care to make sure that the guests have a incredible experience and as such, will return year after year! I have a magnificent group of folks to help me....my housekeeping staff is great and they make sure everything is clean and sanitized using all the CDC's recommendations and approved products. Also, if maintenance is required (my goal is that it not be), my maintenance folks are a call away responding immediately for something major and within 24 hours with the not so major things. I too am always with my phone and can be reached through voice, text, or e-mail and encourage my guests to call if they need anything or have questions. I assure you, it will not be a bother!

I also believe in working with my guests with a flexible cancelation policy....these days more than ever.

My home rules are simple:
1) Take care of the property as this is a private residence.
2) Keep all doors and windows shut when the AC is on
3) No enormous events
4) Must be >28 years of age to rent as the responsible event, no spring break events.
5) NO SMOKING inside or out on the premises
6) Please be mindful of the following: rinse sand off before coming inside (a handy station is supplied) and please, no wet bathing suits on furnishings.
