Cozy up with your family and friends in this striking oceanside home (.3 miles to beach entrance). No need to pack sheets or towels, they are supplied! We are conveniently across the street from Ocean Oaks Kids’s Park & close to Emerald Isle Woods Park. Eateries, attractions, stores & groceries are close by!

Located in the residential Ocean Oaks neighborhood of Emerald Isle, this peaceful, family friendly community is conventionally located just over the bridge onto the island and walking distance to the beach (.3 miles). Across the street, you’ll find a modern kids’s park, while Gaffers Restaurant, Lazzara’s Pizza, Village Ice Cream & Candy, and more are only a 2-min. drive down the road. If you want a break from the beach, Emerald Woods Park is close by with shaded trails, frisbee golf, and access to the sound. The area’s natural beauty can also be adored by visiting The Point and Water Tower Park. Take this opportunity to discover the island’s water adventures, yoga at the beach, hiking/bicycle trails, and much, much more.

The space has a simple & modern beach vibe, offering airy quarters with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. High speed internet & work space is supplied for those who have to work in an island setting.

The entire home is for rent with key code entry.
One closet in master bedroom and one closet in first floor bedroom are locked and will not be accessible. A second closet in each room will be available. Owner’s storage closet in carport area will be locked and will not be accessible.
