About this Property

One story ranch home in peaceful boating neighborhood that is freshly modernized with open concept (living/dining/kitchen). AND...the well water is gone...home now uses county water! Ten adults would be a lot for the home but with children it would be fine. House is 10 mins. (5 miles) from downtown Beaufort and 20 mins. (10 miles) to Atlantic Beach.

House sits on one half acre lot, has outdoor spaces to hang out (front porch, back outdoor space), grille on back outdoor space, park like yard and is one block from the Intra Coastal Waterway (ICW). Off street parking for numerous cars and your boat. Closest public boat launch is only 4 miles away.

Ready for young children with infant furnishings available (Pak N Play, preschooler size cot, high chair, toddler rail for bed, stools for bathroom sinks) and home is kid safety proofed. For additional safety home has smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, first aid kit, emergency information and a fire extinguisher in kitchen.

Well trained dogs and cats welcome! Dogs must be flea complimentary, walked on leashes and picked up after. WiFi, cable T.V., DVD player, puzzles and games.

Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, one bedroom has 2 full beds and the living room couch is a queen size sleeper couch. The kitchen is well supplied for preparing. The basics included are paper towels, dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt & pepper. There is a choice of coffee makers...a Cuisinart that uses coffee grounds and makes a pot and a Keurig to make individual cups. We'll leave a few Keurig pods to get you started.

Each bedroom will have a set of towels per person and additional towels and sheets for your use. We ask that you use these towels and linens in the home only. There are a few beach towels but you'll need to bring your own beach accessories as we are not including those items.

We do insist that you 'stay neighborly' by being a considerate citizen to our neighbors. So, if you are planning to event hard on your holiday...choose another home. But if you and your family, friends, etc. want a place where you can relax together and adore our home and the Crystal coast...choose us! Smoking is only allowed outdoor.
