Spinnaker's Reach is an exclusive beach home neighborhood where families and friends make memories year after year so... Get away from it all at Kokomoe!
Kokomoe is a 3rd-row oceanside duplex only one street away from the ocean. Complete with exterior elevator, golf cart, community pool, community beach access, and bath home, community sound access- your days at the beach are bound to be a breeze of enjoyment! Your family can take advantage of delivery services close by for groceries or meals or use the completely supplied kitchen and gas grille.
As you walk into the ground level of Kokomoe you will be welcomed into a tiled entry that accesses a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer as well as the bunk room that offers a guest room with a twin/double bunk bed and a private bath. The exterior elevator is also available from the ground level which will stop at each level for ease of access.
The second level of the home offers 3 bedrooms. There is a primary suite complete with a king bed, soaking tub, standing shower, and a private balcony at the end of the hallway. The other guest rooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds and share the hall bath. One of the light-filled queen guest rooms has a private balcony overlooking the community. As part of the Spinnaker’s Reach Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens are laundered in between guests, even the comforters.
The roomy third level of the home is full of sun and color and happens to be where all the memories are made! This area is a fantastic open floor plan where everybody can be part of the fun. Whether you are interested in sitting back and watching a movie on the intelligent TV, surfing the web (high-speed wifi included), or preparing a delicious family meal, the conversation can comfortably flow throughout the space. If a little solitude is what you want, simply slide open the doors to the furnished deck to sit back, relax, and listen as the waves roll in. The guest room on this level offers two twin beds and a bathroom that is also shared by guests as they are on this floor.

The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be roughly a 5 min. walk from Kokomoe or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.
