Fairwinds East is a 2nd row duplex with a ridiculous view and an even better location...just across from the community pool and sea access!

As you enter the home from the covered carport you will find a full sized laundry room and place to stash all of your beach going gear. As you make your way up to the second level you will find the majority of the bedrooms, all with TVs, DVDs, ceiling fans, outdoor space access, and colorful fun decor. There is a bedroom furbished with a queen bed and a bunk room that offers sleeping for 4, these rooms share the hall bath. The second floor master suite is complete with a king bed, private balcony with swing, and private bath with soaking tub and enormous vanity.

As you rise and shine in this sunfilled home you will no doubt congregate in the great room of the third floor. This radiant and cheery living space has a cavernous kitchen which is completely supplied with all of the prepare/serving ware you can possibly need. Not to mention two coffee pots, one Keurig and one regular. The cooks will not feel left out as the kitchen overlooks the living and dining room... and they also have the option to look a bit further into the distance and take in the gorgeous deep blue sea as it comfortably seen from all angles of the living area. If dining al fresco is of interest you are covered! The decks are entirely furbished so sitting back and listening the sea waves is a must while staying on the East side of this duplex.
