This First Floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with well-outfitted galley kitchen has everything you need. Ocean is steps away; the outdoor pool with water slide and hot tub are ready to make your beach memories. Painless parking lot and laundry room access (uses an app for payment).
Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has twin bunk beds with a twin trundle (bunk beds are best for kids, not adults but are standard twin beds, just not a lot of head room).
A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everybody: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, grilles, sandy beaches, and outdoor activities for all ages ... You won't need to leave!
Reminder: Please do NOT move furnishings around. Please treat rental with respect.
** There are chairs and beach toys in condo. No pack n play.
** Tips: Bring beach towels.
** Cleaning Fee (Vrbo is now calling it a Host Fee) includes Cleaning and Linens (bath towels and bed linens, 100% goes to our cleaning company).
** Admin Fee, $15, is the APATB Office Arrival Packet Fee that they charge us for your arrival. If you do not return this packet, a $50 charge will be assessed to your account.

Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.

• Note any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
• Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave a review! Hosts rely on good feedback to propel new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
