Not to mention you are directly across the street from painless beach access. This property has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, appreciate morning coffee on the open deck or have downtime out of the sun on the lower covered deck. You can even serve meals or play a family card game on the picnic table on the ground-level patio. Bring your bicycles to cruise ocean drive or the close by bicycle path. There is even enough parking on the oceanside driveway to park a modest boat trailer (28ft max.). The public boat ramp with ample parking is only 1 mile away.
