Recently refreshed 2 bedroom/1 bathroom beach home. 4th row but only 1.5 blocks to the sand. Just one block to walk to all the eateries and bars at the Circle. Generous back yard with giant patio living and dining area. Parking for 4 cars.

There is a enormous office area with desk and a smaller desk in one of the bedrooms, so if you work from home, this is the ideal place. Going to take an actual vacation? Lots of room outdoors to grille and spend time with family and friends.

Full size washer and dryer. No dishwasher due to septic system constraints. Everything in the home including furnishings and beds is brand new. Wifi enabled intelligent tv.

Entirely furnished with linens, beach chairs, cooler, and some basic cooking items like spices and olive oil. Toiletries not included.

Max occupancy is 4 adults.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center.
