This Atlantic Beach home provides you with a gorgeous, canal-front location and a deepwater boat slip, with a public boat ramp readily located just a couple of blocks away. You'll be able to appreciate your morning coffee and evening drinks on the back outdoor space overlooking the water.


The main living area includes a thoroughly supplied kitchen, a roomy living room with a generous flatscreen TV, a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full bed, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The upstairs is a loft, offering a den with a couch that folds out into a twin bed and a flatscreen TV, as well as a fourth bedroom with a full bed. Free WiFi and a stacked washer/dryer are included as well.

Damage waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
