This is a laid-back vacation where you get a lot for your money.

By all means, bring your family to this resort! The one-bedroom suites are cavernous, some up to 1500 square feet, and comfortably sleep four to six guests. All suites have kitchens with microwave and dishwasher, but if you really want to prepare, ask for a unit with a full kitchen. A washer and dryer are next door to each unit Rooms are gorgeously decorated and spotless, a enjoyment to stay here and you'll be glad you booked a second week.

  • Summer months are high season in New Bern. Book your rental in Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.

Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
