Queens Court 3303 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor Angled Oceanview Condo. Located in Katherine's Court. Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch and a private balcony with furnishings. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave and dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Twin bed with Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 3 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

Linens and towels supplied for weekly stays only.

No Smoking. No Family Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Golf carts are not allowed.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at New Bern restaurants, tours, and activities.
